Bon Pâtés is a modern culinary venture born from a deep love for heritage, flavor, and community. Founded in 2025 in Brooklyn, NY, Bon Pâtés reimagines the classic Haitian patty and limeade experience for a new generation while staying true to its cultural roots.

The Haitian patty has long been a symbol of comfort and pride—a golden, flaky pastry filled with richly seasoned meat, fish, or vegetables, and shared among family, friends, and neighbors. Commonly referred to as pâtés even among English speakers, the savory treats are enjoyed at morning bakeries, family gatherings, and street-side vendors across the island.

What began as a small Brooklyn kitchen driven by nostalgia and creativity quickly gained citywide recognition.
